Polyolefin Series
1) Polyolefin all direction conductive foam like TRO conductive foam, which is punched and plated with metal in the shape of hole on the pad. It not only can make the upper and lower (vertical) surfaces conductive but also has a full range of conductivity. This is because the inner wall plating is connected with the upper and lower (vertical) surfaces electroplating. It is suitable for making various I/O interfaces and a small thickness pads. 2) Low pressure shrinkage deformation, high tightness, high energy absorption, high buffering and high dimensional stability, easy processing. 3) It can be coated with double-sided tape alone or combined with conductive cloth to form a composite conductive material for use. 4) Various thicknesses for option, convenient for rapid processing into various specifications.
Non-woven Fabrics Series
Double-layer conductive non-woven fabric is laminated or single-layer conductive non-woven fabric is directly laminated with conductive double-sided adhesive, so it has good all-round conductive properties, excellent shielding performance, low price. It can be produced into various specifications and shapes according to customer requirements.
Sponge Series
Both sides or one side of the conductive PU sponge with upper and lower electrical conductivity and flexibility, which is covered with foam treated with conductive fiber cloth. This type of conductive PU sponge can improve the problem that traditional conductive foam cannot conduct electricity in all directions. It is vertical and horizontal all-round conductivity, small resistance, excellent conductivity, soft and tough materials and good cushioning performance.
